"There is an iPod standing on a stand on the table in your room that controls everything in your room, including the TV, lights and the AC. So it is on at all times. This iPod has a front and a back camera and it has a microphone. I am not comfortable with that setup in my hotel room. I found that very strange. Maybe people in Europe are okay with it. "

"This is a gem of a hotel and would definitely stay again. The staff are so helpful and courteous and that made our stay so enjoyable. We had a deluxe double room and it didn't disappoint. It had everything we needed, was very clean and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. "We had a wonderful stay at Sonder Testaccio. We took a cab from the airport but the bus and metro stops are nearby and we used those too. The hotel is very nice with 24 hour coffee and water and a lovely "continental" breakfast (for an extra 15 euros) which is really a full buffet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and there was a medicine cabinet and drawers in the bathroom which was super helpful and convenient.
