"We have used this hotel on every trip, six times, it is not the Hilton and does not have those costs but, the Hilton does not have the architecture, the Hilton is also centuries younger, it is a hotel with 1st class staff, all of whom are interested in your contentment during your stay, all go out of their way to to help with any requests so, a 1st class stay is always had."

"Location is good but services poor, there 7days and towels not changed as stated every three days, coffee and tea not replenished daily, had to ask for bin to be emptied as also not done daily. Lack of staff on reception.mixed assortement of cutlery and crockery , just one mug available between four rooms. Shower tray needs replacement or a good clean. No hot water to kitchen sink. What more need I say. Student accomadation basically hence price."

"What a lovely place to stay! The facilities were excellent. The washing machine was a godsend! Saved ourselves euros by getting breakfast at the local and excellent market. Our only criticism was that there is no kettle ☹️ It’s within a lovely 20 minute walk of the Colsseum. There are plenty of places to eat out. Although it’s on a busy route, the noise from the road was at times excessive, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyment of discovering this wonderful city. Thanks very much."

"The staff at this B&B was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast items are varied and always available, which was nice. The apartment is really clean, and my room was well furnished, including a table to enjoy sitting outside. Our shower was a bit too small, but I got to peak into the other two rooms, and it looks like theirs were bigger. If this is a concern, I'd ask in advance. They are super accommodating and very nice. "
