"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and it wasn’t a far walk to the metro. The only things of concern really was that our hot tub had a panel missing and was leaking. Also the stairs coming down from the bedroom to the sitting area didn’t have a safety handrail. It’s only a real concern because the stairs are polished wood which can be really slippery. It also had a glass wall right next to it."

"We had problems with hot water. Only one person could have a quick shower becouse after 1 minutte cold water started to run. We were not happy about unexpected fee for Rome city taxes.
