"The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. Lesson definitely learned! But I messaged the host and her mom came with her key. We were back in within 20 minutes. Very happy with our stay. We’ll remember this trip forever. "

"We like the apartment. It was well stocked. We like the neighborhood. We liked that the apartment was well back from the street and had two locked gates before getting to the apartment. We felt safe there. We had good communication with the host. Parking was available, but we wished we had inquired about that before arriving. We did have to pay for parking in the underground lot next door. We were happy with the parking garage, just not prepared for it. My hide-a-bed sofa in the living room was typical, which is to say not great. "
