"Great property situated in a central area. Lots of space for 10 people. Outdoor eating area and pool are lovely. We didn't have any concerns re: safety. The property needs a little bit of maintenance, but the handyman is on site each morning to tend to concern's which is nice. Cleaning staff is lovely. We had expressed a desire to have cook prepare a daily breakfast each morning which unfortunately was not available. All in all a very good stay at this property. "

"Wonderful, compact villa with gorgeous grounds, pool, and right on the beach. Five bedrooms can accomodate 10 people easily; each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which is nice. The kitchen is very well appointed, but the true highlight of the place is a giant palapa that spans the dining room and living room, all al fresco. "We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night...

"The villa is absolutely stunning! You walk in and the view is breathtaking as you see the whole bay. The floor to ceiling doors of the main living space fully open up to the outdoor area and plunge pool. All 4 rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The bunk bed room has an incredible 96” tv. The location is perfect to get to any of the restaurants and beach clubs as well as going into town. Everything was 5-15 minute golf cart ride. One of the best part of the villa is the staff....

"We really enjoyed this house. It was as advertised. The small lap pool in the large main living area was enjoyed by all. The kitchen and dining table were perfect of our family.We had a chef and helper prepare 4 dinners for us. They were great. The 4 large bedrooms were perfect and air conditioned. The main room is not, but very comfortable with the sea breezes. The 5th bedroom was small with bunk beds and a pull out hide a bed couch. It has a half bath.
