The only downside for us as a family is the hotel is up a steep hill. Its withing 25 minute walking distance to Fabàbe beach and then into other areas which is a decent walk. But we would have preferred to be closer to the main areas if Costa Adeje etc. The food choice was very limited so we ate out...
