Check in with Javier was easy and communication throughput was excellent. The apartment was as advertised, clean but well stocked. Perfect for what we were looking for. Location is in the heart of the action. A 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants and on the beach 2 minutes after that. Would highly recommend if you want to be close to the action and cannot speak highly enough of Javier and Ana

The studio aparment was perfect for our break, all the ameneties we needed and great communication with the hosts. The locations is perfect, on a great little complex just 2 minutes from the beach. Would recommend!

Nice property in great location.
The propert was clean and very central for bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quite basic, but has everything you could need for a stay, including a washing machine. Although close to some entertainment, the complex is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent studio in a fabulous area.
We could only get it for 3 nights due to availability; we would have stayed 10 nights if it was available. Great bed; great sun trap out the back; everything we needed was there. Got the keys from the owner’s Dad, a lovely man. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The mattress was very good and the shower was powerful with a good supply of hot water. Location is perfect for anywhere you want to go in Adeje and we couldn't believe how wonderfully quiet and peaceful it was at night. Communal pool area is well maintained. Communication was superb.

every thing you need for stay , but would prefer no bath just walk in shower. change of pillows on bed ideal no sweat great . also but its age sofa to low to get out of .but for short stay can live with it .

No problems from start to finish
Our instructions to meet the owner and obtain the keys were clear. The property was very clean & had every thing we required and a few things more. The location is close to restaurants & supermarkets. The property is quiet with a pool area which we never saw more than 10 people around. This was the first time my wife and I had tried self catering and we were not disappointed.

Comfortable, spotless studio. Communication with Javier and Ana was excellent from booking until check out. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beautiful beach, but amazingly quiet and secure complex with pool and pool bar. The welcome gift was lovely and unexpected. We can happily recommend and look forward to staying again.
