"The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom"

The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. "Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. The maintenance , bar and especially the buffet staff were exceptional! The adults only serve-yourself lounge was a great place to hangout. The shows...
