"It's good value but it's not in the best area, seemingly, though didn't seem unsafe, just ugly and uninteresting. Though that applies to most of El Paso it seems. I assume that comparable places in in the northwest would be much pricier, but will try that next time"

"Still my favorite hotel downtown, all around the best. The staff is world class and very talented. The bar staff really take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The room was comfy and overall clean. I will say that they need to work on the carpets, maybe remove them and switch to hard flooring.
