"This property is quiet and away from town . A close walkable beach for sunset are great . best beaches are a short drive away . A car is needed to get to town or carrillo beach which is best beach nearby . Good food options in town less busy tourists than other places in cr . Car parking with bigger vehicle can be a challenge if full . Internet weak in rooms when all units are full . On site food was great. "

"So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. Carlos is a wonderful man who seems to be the manager. Very sweet, and you can tell he maintains the grounds and pool. The exterior of the cabanas are lovely, the pool is lovely, as are the flowers and such. I saw the reviews before...

"Samara Pacific Lodge is a hidden gem for our Samara adventure! The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach for some surfing in the mornings, then head into town for delicious local eats in the afternoons. In the evenings, the pool area was a lifesaver! Nice and refreshing, with plenty of comfy loungers to catch some rays and unwind. The staff here were incredible. Kenneth and Allen were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond with a smile. And breakfast every morning...

"This is a perfect romantic getaway to relax and enjoy time together. The meticulous details of the decor, plant life, landscaping, pools, made us not want to ever leave.
