"The house was cozy and met all of our needs. The dual living room/family room spaces offered plenty of room for all of us. And even though we were unable to take advantage of it, the back patio was a nice extra space for any guests staying here. The host was considerate enough to include a few bonus items for consumption and he was accessible when I needed questions answered. "

"We were extremely happy with this house and with the ease of communication of the owner. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood is adorable and centrally located to many restaurants, shops and of course, UA. Nice touches throughout the house. AND...when we left a few items behind, we were able to arrange for shipment through the owner. We would absolutely stay again!"

"This is an older house that has been remodeled. It is big , but very cozy and comfortable. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Nice deck With a grill that we used two nights. Very comfortable living Spaces also. We would definitely stay there again."
