When a staff can be welcoming and connect with everyone yet operate the facility as utmost professional staff do, guest like it. And we notice. It may go unthanked much of the time but guests appreciate a well lit red carpet, and we like this place. Its all the standards of a hotel for freshness smelling clean, and soft clean silky sheets. Spotless, immaculate. Keep up the good.

The place is brand new. They were unboxing new breakfast warmers. Smelled fresh and clean. Saw no emotio al support hunds. Again smell was fresh and clean. Top of really sleek single serve Bunn Coffee maker was dusty and needed a wipe. I still love this place. Thumbs up 5X

Hotel has wall mounted boxes of fragrance releasing nauseating artificial cherry fragrance and it gets worse when you get to the room that hits you with intense fabuloso, lysol etc. We had to buy an air filter to sleep as it burns your nose and throat and there is no ventilation. City was booked or we would never have ended up here.it is new and could be ok if it had clean air.
