"The thermostat did not allow us to drop temp lower than 74 degrees. We finally had the owner unlock the thermostat so we could drop it lower. We were unable to take a hot shower since tho hot water in the shower was broken. They did not have other basic essentials that most other places we stayed have. "

"Beautiful property! We really loved the view here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The drive to The University of Alabama was not too far and no traffic for game day. The host was very responsive to all questions during our stay and answered right away. I loved that they reached out for feedback and were willing to help when we had questions. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Front desk clerk was courteous and informative. The decor in and out of the rooms was vibrant and of good taste. Rooms were clean and everything worked as expected. Ordered dinner from the restaurant on the 5th floor. The food was brought to our room and it was delicious. Breakfast was made to order and it was good. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again."
