"This property has the most awesome location and features! Sits above a rushing creek with surrounding, screened in deck. Very private as well. Feels like you are deep in the forest, but it’s not far from the road. Things I didn’t like were check out at 10am, having to sign a 24-page rental agreement with the management company and additional management company fee, constant emails from the management company about all the rules. "What a great location and very cool old building turned into a residence. Our family has been coming to the Saluda/Tryon area for a long time now. We needed a place to stay for the Tryon Beer Fest. Even with a 7 and 2 year old we had a great time. All communication including check in and check out was perfect. Highly recommend Saluda Proper and Yonder. "
