One has the impression the place is an unabandoned building with no visible security presence. Needed a confirmation from a passer by before entering. One thing though was that a spa was advertised as being on site however the nearest spa is outside the hotel and not really affiliated to the hotel. I dont feel it is right to advertise a service you dont provide. This does not take anything away from your excellent service at the hotel, it only adds a little...
