The receptionist made me aware I have to contact the agent in case I need anything. It baffled me to hear this. Someone knocked the door to wake me up. This upset me. Generally the property is excellent.

Upon arrival, I was told by the host via phone call initiated by the front desk that check-in was for 2pm which isn’t what was stated on the info page (01:30pm). Also, no code was issued to unlock door during check in, bed wasn’t ready yet, access to internet took a while before someone came through.

The property looks good as far as room cleanliness, appearance, & room amenities, but there were several disappointments. The main one being false advertising about the free airport shuttle...there was no free shuttle! Also, we arrived late at night (10:45 p.m.) & when we got to our room there was only one bath towel. We asked the front desk for another towel, but nothing happened. Then at 12:30 p.m. (after we'd gone to bed!), there was a knock on the door which startled us & woke us up...then the front desk CALLED OUR ROOM at 1:00 a.m.! Woke us up again, to tell us they wanted to send up a bath towel! We said thanks, but no thanks - not at this hour! Also, there was no wi-fi in our room. Finally, the desk sent someone up to check it out & he couldn't find the problem either. So all in all, this isn't a place I'd recommend. We chose it because it was close to the airport & it offered a free shuttle, but...

My days in Ghana were coming to an end, and I was looking for accommodation that offered a shuttle service. That is why I booked the Lennox, thinking I would get a shuttle to the airport when I was ready. Well after booking, I did not get any notification from them on what do next, I was coming from Takoradi to Accra by air and was hoping to learn about their air port shuttle but I was never informed on the process. I booked a rideshare, hoping that when I checked in, I would inquire about airport drop-off on my day of departure. I texted a number that was given to me by a rep at the center, but no one responded to me on WhatsApp, even though the account is active. I then called the number inquiring. I was asked to call another number, and I was later informed that their shuttle is for only incoming guests and not those departing. I was very disappointed because there is nothing on their site stating that. I sent them a screenshot of what they advertised online, thinking that would make them do something for me. All I got was sorry. In addition, the rooms need some little loving care. It's a nice apartment building, and this particular room I stayed in had some stains on the wall, a cracked mirror, and a peeling cabinet. I think these are minor things that can be easily fixed but are being neglected. They had someone coming to clean without my notice; I didn't know someone would come around when I left for town, which was very strange because I wish I had known.
