"Fabulous location near Lake Annecy. Accommodation set on large grounds with lots for children and great outdoor pool. Bar area and restaurant modern and service fabulous. Our accommodation block was slightly older but did the job!"

"The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key...

"Logement disposant dune situation exceptionnel juste en face du lac d’Annecy. Le logement est assez grand pour accueillir 4 couples avec enfants. Neanmoins, quelques travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir (parois de douche trop courte, portes gondolées, chauffage au sol dans une chambre, etc) "

"Lovely modern and clean property with fabulous outside areas and pool. Perfect location near the lake, cycle path, Boulangerie and other amenities. House had everything you could possibly need and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Quiet area but easily accessible to all the lovely attractions of the lake, so ideal for a fabulous holiday."

"Great place for groups or families. Positives fantastic pool hot tub steam room, beans in the coffee machine, WIFI, netflix, seating areas, BBQ, views, security, ambiance. Bath robes, Negatives. Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels.
