The location is perfect for enjoying everything the town offers and a two minute walk to the ski bus that will get you to the main lift in 5-10 mins. All the hotel staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely be back!"

"Checking in was OK but as soon as we asked for a kettle for the evening we were told no way but before eleven we can give you hot water eventually no upgrading nor a drink welcomd as in other hôtels for my gold VIP status at expedia (in Napoleon a half bottle of champagne was waiting for us but ...) the water received was for less than a cup for 3 persons In the morning the breakfast was poor and non appealling and they did not enjoy the fact that we went elswhere for the breakfast on...

"Perfect ski in and out ideal for a short ski break. Hotel decor in bedroom and dining room is tired and needs updating. The breakfast room has stunning views of mount Blanc. Food was delicious.
