Appartement agréable bien qu’un peu petit, bien équipé et bénéficiant d’une belle vue sur la montagne. Piscine très appréciée !

Très bon pied à terre
Appartement très agréable pour sillonner les vallées environnantes. Bien optimisé et bien équipé, l'appartement est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. La piscine de la résidence est aussi appréciable lorsque les après-midi sont chaudes comme cette année.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Les enfants avaient un coin bien à eux avec une salle d’eau privative. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique sur le mont-blanc. L’appartement est également très bien équipé. La résidence est nettoyée régulièrement et la piscine est entretenue tous les matins. Nous avons pu profiter des navettes gratuites au pied de la résidence pour se rapprocher des lieux de randonnées. Le cœur de village est à 10minutes à pied, tout comme les commerces de première nécessité. Notre hôte est à l’écoute et a assuré la communication avant le séjour, pendant et jusqu’au départ. Je recommande vivement aux familles ce logement et cette résidence.

Sejour ski
Emplacement ideal à proximité du centre de St Gervais, et des remontées pour le ski. Un probleme avec le ballon d'eau chaude nous a privé de douche samedi, dimanche puis mercredi soir. Le propriétaire a fait son possible faire intervenir une entreprise, mais 3 soir sans eau chaude ... Ill faudra qu'il fasse vérifier son installation.

Excellent séjour, appartement très bien placé, au pied de la télécabine et près du centre ville. Appartement agréable, quoique séjour un peu petit par rapport au nombre de couchages, mobilier un peu vétuste et pas de wi fi. Mais très bien dans l'ensemble, hôte super aimable et réactif. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé et facile d’accès. Le centre de saint Gervais se rejoint en 5 minutes à pieds. Le logement est très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. La piscine a été un vrai plus pour les enfants ! Monsieur Fourmy Quinton est un hôte très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous sommes donc ravis de notre séjour dans ce logement et gardons précieusement l’adresse pour notre prochaine venue à Saint Gervais.

Appartement idéal sur Saint-Gervais
Appartement très fonctionnel avec ses 2 SDB, agréable avec son grand balcon vue sur la montagne, proche de toutes les commodités. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence, il y a avait toujours pleins de places de disponibles. Le logement est bien équipé avec deux chambres séparées. Nous reviendrons cet hiver, car avec son emplacement au pied de la télécabine, l'accès aux pistes sera idéal.

Pulizia dell'appartamento pessima
Appartamento dall'ottima posizione, in un residence con piscina e un pò di verde. Perfetto per famiglie. Purtroppo, la pulizia dell'appartamento pessima ha condizionato il nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti a disagio. Ho segnalato all'host con tanto di fotografie il problema e gli ho chiesto se poteva inviare qualcuno a pulire. La risposta è stata: "sono dispiaciuto, gli inquilini di prima mi avevano detto di averla fatta bene. Buon soggiorno" . Quindi nessun aiuto o intervento dell'host per risolvere. Se vuoi far fare le pulizie agli inquilini, la responsabilità della pulizia è comunque tua (host) non degli inquilini precedenti. Non hai controllato e non sei intervenuto per risolvere. Molto male

Appartement bien situé et assez grand au pied des télécabines de saint Gervais et très proche du centre. Tout se fait à pied et les rando de montagne sont accessibles très rapidement. Bien conforme à l’annonce. La communication et réactivité du loueur est au top. La résidence possède également une piscine, ce qui est un plus pour vous prélasser après une bonne randonnée

Au pied de la télécabine, à 10 minutes de marche du centre ville, la résidence est bien placée. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, il est bien équipé. Le grand parking et la piscine sont très appréciables! Le locataire précédent n'avait pas fait le ménage... mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et nous a proposé un arrangement. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions.
