"location not too bad, in front of tram stop ( coming from CWB Wanchai areas ) & next to SheungWan Mtr exit. main one way street behind 5 aside soccer ground has alot of food options. room 1106 was a large suite. Helpful staff helped me reset digital safe twice in 10mins. Clean room during stay. Use alley side-entrance to enter property, lobby is 7f."

"We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again."

"We were asked to pay our booking reservation over the counter because they said the Hotel.com does not pay to the said property and they cannot find our booking Confirmation number. And still they allowed us to stay but the management keep always nocking door to our room to call the customer service of Hotel.com until we decided to go out that night. "
