We had a great stay at the arca. The location is great - 15 min walk to Aberdeen, which has all sorts of local dinning options. It's also super close to the nearest MTR station (the MTR mall has a few great restaurants too). The room is clean and comfy. We also really liked the interior design. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

For a Dog staycation (or any vacation) the Arca is terrific. Location is excellent - right on the doorstep to the MTR (tube) and lovely quiet walks around the hotel. When I say the hotel and area are dog friendly - that’s an understatement. The whole area is dog friendly which is great! In-room dining was good also, quality and big portions. Swimming pool wasn’t open yet so will try that out when I return (already booked again!). Thank you so much Arca!

Excellent, well-maintained facility and well-trained staff. The cleaning staff especially is courteous, efficient and effective. I only wish it had a business centre for basic office needs, or some vending machines for simple snacks and drinks.

While located in an industrial area, the Arca by itself is a welcoming hotel that I would definitely consider booking it again when re-visiting Hong Kong. In addition to its remarkable cleanliness and staff services, I like this hotel being so closely linked to Aberdeen (a residential area with many affordable traditional eating places prividing a variety of yummy Chinese/Hong kong food) by minibuses, and almost everywhere in the city by the efficient mass transit railway system.

The room is very clean and nice layout for you to put two luggage at different area so you have room to open it and take out your clothes. Friendly staff and you need a room card to get in if you go back to the hotel after 12 am. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel twice during this trip for a total of 10 days. Really love rhis hotel. I had the sea view room, overseeing Aberdeen Marina Club., beautiful view. Staff are very helpful and friendly. From reception to room service and to staff at the front door. The service level was way better than a 5 star hotel that I recently stayed in Vegas.

The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the room's condition is disappointing. It feels very damp, with visible water stains on the ceiling and walls. The mattress and duvet have a noticeable damp odor, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, drinkable water is only available from a shared station in the corridor. This becomes quite disruptive at night, as the room doors are not soundproof, and the noise from other guests can be disturbing.

The hotel is new, well designed and clean. The room size is considerably big though there are not local supermarkets like Welcome or Park N'Shop around or not many restaurants closeby. A good stroll along the river to Aberdeen Harbour during sunrise or sunset.

A pleasant stay overall, good size rooms and good maintenance. Staff react quickly to resolve screen casting function on smart TV which is very good. An area for improvement is the bedsheets and pillow case smell musty, possibly due to storing sheets while still a bit damp.
