"You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to everything. Amazingly quiet and you could spend your entire visit sitting on the dock and watching the birds dive the canal. There is an eagle's nest a few trees down and we watched the pair guard their nest the entire time. The layout of the house is perfect for all ages. "We had a great time at this property. Location was great. We could easily walk to the beach and also want to the restaurant and shop area. It was far enough away from the large condos so the beach was not super crowded. Would definitely stay again."

"I met up with two friends to enjoy a beach trip, and the location cannot be beat! A few steps from the beach, plenty of supplies, a few blocks from the commercial district with restaurants and shops. Bob was attentive and helpful as a host. We had a great stay and slept well in the beds! As an adult I slept on one of the bunk beds and it was very comfortable!"

"House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. "

"We stayed at the propery overnight before a cruise. The house was well set up with a very impressive tv/lightning set up. We watched the big game in the living room, and all I can say is wow! The tv was so big and the lights changed color with the colors on the tv. The rooms were set up nicely and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and for longer next time we visit Tampa."

"The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for us, quiet and safe neighborhood. When we arrived 30 minutes early the hosts were finishing up and they were extremely pleasant and gave us great suggestions on where to go to eat and visit. Honeymoon Island was very close and turned out to be our favorite beach. House was really clean had everything you needed and would recommend it to anyone. "
