"The property is great for the price especially in comparison to ones 15-20 minutes down the road. The lady Anna at the front desk is super amazing! So friendly and helpful! There are several options for great authentic Puerto Rican food super close and even a shopping mall and several other food options about 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again. "

"What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am... "

"Hotel suites as advertised, we had a great stay. Plenty of towels provided, nice neighborhood, close to airport, close to San Juan. Easy access. We really had a wonderful time. I will 100% recommend The only thing I found I should have contacted them prior arrival because I arrived at 10:30pm. There was a bit of issue contacting the hotel, I called about 4 times before I could speak to someone."

"I stayed only 2 nights but it was very cozy, it has a beautiful interior garden with orchids, a very cute open space. I walked 10 steps and was already in the beach. Highly recommended "

"The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette had a fridge/freezer with ice maker, a cook top, dishwasher, sink and plenty of counter space and storage. There is a good sized closet and some storage nooks, but no drawers. Considering it's a beach resort it would have been nice to have more places to hang up wet clothes, there's only one towel bar and hook in the bathroom. "Nice place. The shared kitchen was convenient. The staff was great, and the a/c was cold. This place does have a backup generator. Honestly nothing fancy about the accommodations but the convenience and walkability to sights and restaurants is fantastic as were the staff. I would recommend. "
