"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"Our group loved our stay here! The check in process was very easy (accessing lockbox for keys, gate codes, etc) and all instructions communicated. The entire time John was very responsive and helpful in recommendations and/or questions! After an exhausting day of traveling, it was nice to enter the home with a 6 pack of cold beer & soda. All bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, shampoos, and trash bags which was so nice!The house itself was amazing! We spent most of our time relaxing...

"This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....

"Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. "

"This was a great spot 40 minutes west of San Juan. The unit was spacious, airy, and clean. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and being close to a sunny pool and a gorgeous private beach. "The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove. The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really....

"Very easy check in with the lockbox. Our oven didn’t work, but it’s OK because we didn’t need it. It would have been nice to have more than one actual blanket instead of just sheets. The hot tub is the same temperature as the pool.Everyone including some locals that stayed there were extremely friendly and we had a blast with them! The view is amazing and we even saw some whales from the property. It’s nothing fancy, but we would definitely stay here again!"

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
