"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"Had a fantastic trip at the Utopia Villa! Nelson was so very attentive and gave us a list of local places to visit. Although the island lost power, Nelson did everything he could to help us stay comfortable. Our family loved the pool, the Rain Forest excursion (Nelson and his staff were excellent), and the various nearby beaches! The only suggestion we had was the lack of AC in the parts of the house. "Our family had a very nice stay at this house. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and yard was nice to have when taking a break from the beach. Only complaint would be the very loud music the bars next door play on the weekend evenings. But they usually stopped around midnight so if you don’t mind that for bit on weekends nights, it’s an otherwise great place to stay. "

"This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....

"Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. "
