"Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Our family of 13 stayed for 7 days and it was an unforgettable trip. The property was great, the neighbor was welcoming and the host was very quick to help with anything we needed. "

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"We really enjoyed the house. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. The house has great AC in the bedrooms and common area, as well as fans both indoors and in the outdoor patio/kitchen bbq area. "We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"A great place to truly unwind, be humbled and appreciate nature .this is truly a place for healing the mind and body as well as get to mingle with a few of the locals . People in surrounding areas were fun and welcoming the weekend yoga sessions were very fun and relaxing. The retreat is plant based so if you’re not familiar with vegan food I suggest giving it a try . If it doesn’t fancy you a 15-20 min drive into town you will find all you need . The staff was very helpful and informative and took very good care of us . I can’t wait to return next year . Thank you again !! "

Amazing getaway.

"This home was absolutely amazing. We had thirteen people, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. Nelson, our host was amazing. He even dropped by with a Box of frozen goodies for us. I would recommend this for anybody. Looking to go to puerto rico, nice centralized area, perfect for our family. "

Family Villa 1

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."
