"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....
