"Beautiful grounds and amazing beach view. Unfortunately the maintenance of some key features was poor. 2 beach decks were closed to access, one of them for consecutive years, one elevator out of 2 was not working, the shower faucet in our room was dripping constantly and the room was noisy due to the proximity of the one functioning elevator. Amazing place but needs to step up its maintenance plan."

"My 2 night stay before my cruise was great. The suite or studio style apartment was larger than expected with plenty of space. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Joseph is the best!! He made sure I had everything I needed, even gave me a ride to Walgreens on the shuttle to pick up a few items I forgot. He also recommended local places for food and drinks. Give that man a raise! "
