I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10"
