"Arte hotel was a clean, affordable, and friendly place that met all our needs. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. "The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. "Excellent Hotel and Staff - Room was larger than average and quiet - excellent Metro/Tram and bus links.However area is rather bland and lacking places to visit - but Vienna Centre is only 10-15mins away on Metro"

"The owner, Anna, and her husband met us outside the apartment and assisted us as we had an extremely late check-in due to late arrival at Vienna airport. They provided information regarding best method of transportation and sites to visit. Bright, clean, high ceilings, large space, modern kitchen and bathroom. Internet & Wi-Fi included. King beds in two large bedrooms. Everything that we needed was available. We highly recommend this place. A big thank you to both Anna and Georg."

"I stayed at the pension which is a 1 minute walk from the main hotel. It is inexpensive, very clean and secure for both the building and my room. The neighborhood is in safe area and very convenient to public transportation (5-8 minute walk). Everything was excellent"
