"Charming old news cottage, quiet, near the lovely parks of Tunbridge Wells and a short walk to town centre. There was a problem which was discovered and communicated to us before we arrived, and the owner and management did all they could to resolve it. They spontaneously proposed a rebate to compensate. One of our better stays in the UK!"
