"The property is spacious and has lovely views. The location is quiet with plenty to do within a short drive. Communication with the host was disappointing as no messages were answered and there is no BBQ on site, despite it being listed in the property details. Something to be aware of for future guests-the floorboards are extremely noisy and all movement can be heard throughout the house."

"My family enjoyed staying here. It is convenient to the Canterbury West train station, the pedestrian zone and Canterbury Cathedral. It is on a busy road, so there is no place to park to unload/load luggage from a car, but there is a car park nearby. The house consists of 3 floors, with one bedroom on each floor. "Great property. Owner was helpfull and very pleasent. The property has a beautiful wood burner which heated the property as well as central heating.Large kitchen/dinning room/ sitting room so if cooking you do not feel left out from the rest of the group/ family. The garden was large garden fir Bbq would be great for BBQs."

"All rooms are absolutely huge and well appointed. We spent most of our time in the kitchen / living space which is bright and airy with bifold doors out to a glorious garden. We had a great stay and would recommend it for large family groups. Location-wise, it is literally a 10 minute walk into the city centre."
