"A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. "Very friendly staff and a great location for what we needed! I was doing Brighton Marathon so was a good distance from the start and finish lines with loads of places to eat leading up to the event! The room were great and had all I needed for the weekend! I will be staying again! :-)"

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

"Nice, clean, modern hotel in a great location. The gym was a nice bonus and we really enjoyed the breakfast which offered lots of choice in a lovely room with views out to sea. Would definitely recommend and will return."

"We loved our stay at the Charm boutique hotel, the breakfasts were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job servicing the room. As we had already booked the best room with balcony as VIP guests we could not have an upgrade because we had booked the best room, so they left a bottle of prosecco in the room for us. My only gripe was the weather was lovely and to access our balcony we had to climb in and out of the window, as 68 year olds this was an issue, and the hotel could do with changing the bay windows with doors as they are in their sister hotel the Seascape. Apart from this I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "
