"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay...

"It is convenient at Terminal 3. Close to shops and a cafe and transportation. It is completely quiet and safe. The staff are very helpful. I want to thank the night manager in particular who went out of his way to care for a tired and grouchy old lady. "

"We had a really good stay last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The lady on reception asked if we were there for an occasion of which we mentioned birthday, and we came back in the evening there some sweet treats waiting for us :) Hotel and our room was of a high standard, buffet breakfast had very good choices available, except no vegetarian sausages. Only fault we had was the 'soundproofing' wasn't very effective as we could hear talking and sirens throughout the night"
