"Great stay overall with a few hiccups. The property is beautiful and lively, with an elevated lobby level and a welcome margarita on arrival—a nice touch. Check-in was a bit awkward, as the receptionist seemed unsure and constantly sought confirmation from colleagues. Our room was clean, quiet, and matched our booking (2 queens, no upgrade available). "Great quiet resort! Easy access to the beach and lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. They are still doing some construction and they were down to one elevator which caused some delay but wasn’t terrible. We are looking forward to taking the family back! "

"We loved the hotel and the the staff was great but the hotel’s restaurant and outside guests made it too busy for my liking. The valet parking was very unorganized and made it tuff to park as a hotel guest during the evening hours. I hope this helpful. "
