"Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC. "

"Artemide Guest House is more of a completely remote hotel. We didn’t see any staff besides housekeeping and you’re given all the instructions to check-in on WhatsApp the day before. You’ll pay for the city tax remotely before your stay. They have daily housekeeping, but charge you 1 Euro per towel if you change it daily. "The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."

"Check in was a puzzle!! I felt safe afterwards because there were so many steps, phone call, text, locks and keys. You will be safe during a riot or zombie apocalypse. No one can get in. "We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. "I went on family vacation in Feb 2025. We stayed in bunglows with kitchenware. If you want to cook something at home book with Kitchenware. Not all the bunglows have this option. They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). Also you can use there Bus service to Florence city (2 Km away from city center) in euro 3.5 pp. Best way to travel from this Hotel, is to take the public bus number 14 which is more convenient for a stop in the city, costing 1.70 cents each way. "Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
