"We pulled up to the property about 4pm. The neighborhood seemed questionable and there were a lot of cars and people milling about watching us. We did not stop as we didn’t feel comfortable. We went to the grocery store up the street and saw some firemen while shopping. We asked them about the neighborhood. When we gave them the address of the rental, they told us to be alert and careful and not to be outside after dark. We decided not to even check in because we were concerned for our safety...

"We loved this property. It was exactly as advertised and worked great for our family of 4. We’ll probably stay there again next time if it’s available. "

"Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"

"The place was exactly as listed. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Easy access to shopping, transportation, grocery, easy parking. Place is clean and cozy. Great place for visit beach sides. "

"House was very clean and fit our needs for the most part. Owner was very responsive and accomodative. Not having a dishwasher was a big downside since we did prepare most of our meals in the house. Ended up buying paper and plastic to save time on cleanup. Other than that I'd stay here again. "
