y have no plungers. Management does not compensate for your hardship from their incompetent property. Do not deal with Katrina, she will not help you out with your issues this property needs to be condemned. It needs to be out to rest so that something better can be built. It really is rundown.

I have always stayed in this location due to my job, which is convenient cause it’s literally not far from the hotel and I always book there while the company does hotel looks clean. Looks organized. The staffing is amazing.. prom staying here

Don't know about all rooms . Room I am in have Kitchenette . Fridge . Stove . Microwave . Kitchen sink . Few kitchen cabinets . Single cup Coffee maker (don't know if it works) .Small Dining table and chairs . 2 Queen size beds .

THEY DON’T HAVE BLANKETS. THAT IS INEXCUSABLE. I had to double up the sheets to stay comfortable. The front desk is understaffed. The wait time to see a single receptionist to 15 minutes. How about fixing up the reception area. It’s a dump. I don’t expect much for what l paid, but this place isn’t fit for rats. I’m sorry but it’s true. Corporate needs to have a site visit

My room smelled moldy. There was a bit of traffic noise from the nearby freeway. My room key didn't work, so I had to get a new key card 4 times. Other guests had the same problem. Fridge, freezer, electric stove, hood... all worked fine. The room was spacious, but lacked storage space and no hangers. No TV. No ice machine.

The place was mediocre at best. Dont expect alot. We wanted to check in an hour early,$50 to do so. We waited an hour to check in. The romm was ok. 2 pillows for a queen size bed. Blanket was thin. No coffe maker. Bathroom needs alot of repairs

Staff definitely seem like they dislike working here. Everyone I spoke with were very lackadaisical. There was always a long line in the office in order to ask a question or check-in. While I was waiting for check-in multiple people were coming back asking for a different room because their room was disgusting and wasn't cleaned. My room the shower rod was coming out of the wall, the tub had horrible stains from lack of cleaning, and even though they say no smoking is allowed, it is apparent it is not highly enforced. The area isn't bad and it's just off the highway.

Customer service and front desk was horrible and unprofessional. Should not rent to the traveling public, this is an extended stay which seems to focus on the unhoused population. First room given had TV and Ironing Board missing. Bathrooms in rooms seem to be in disrepair, front doors are noisy.
