There was NO internet, which is something that should be a basic part of anywhere you stay these days. Also, the AC struggled to keep the room cool & it’s only winter in Florida right now. The property itself was clean & had some updates.

The hotel cancelled my reservation 5 minutes before my arrival time. Very unprofessional, I was told by their staff that there was a glitch in their system and that they booked more reservation than their room capacity. I was very disappointed.

When I was settlinng in for the evening music was loud next door to me. When I asked the front desk what the options were the manager found a quieter room for me and I was so happy to move to a quieter room. I slept all night without any interruptions. I will stay there again next time im in town.

The room definitely has more of a motel vibe than hotel. There was a mildew smell and we saw a cockroach in the morning. The front desk was overwhelmed with check ins. Need to staff more people during busy (tournament) weekends.
