"Our booking from another place fell through, so we had to find another spot. This place was budget friendly and conveniently located for our destinations. Its located next to a busy noisy roadway. There was remnants of stays from others in our room. (Hair, trash, etc.) Give it a 5 on a 10 scale, for that. Was glad of the location, bed was ok. Had microwave and mini fridge. All pluses. There was a Wawa convenient store within walking distance. Had its own sandwich shop wih coffee pots galore....

"Quality of this property is overstayed. It's located in a very old building, which suffers from deferred maintenance. Street is poorly lit. Unit had no smoke detector and broken blinds. Didn't leave us with a feeling of safety."

"Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"

"House was very clean and fit our needs for the most part. Owner was very responsive and accomodative. Not having a dishwasher was a big downside since we did prepare most of our meals in the house. Ended up buying paper and plastic to save time on cleanup. Other than that I'd stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay near Riviera Beach. It is in a simple residential neighborhood with quick access to Uber and less than a mile from the beach.The interior is decorated in a beach chic theme with very comfortable beds, a roomy shower, a bright cheery kitchen, and plenty of space. The lister has installed various high tech discretely placed smart devices inside and out to manage the property and guest needs.The lister made accomodation for an international flight and time zone change...
