"We were very pleased with our stay and it was extremely clean and we loved seeing the ducks in the neighborhood and also found it was close enough to all the things we were going to do. The Host (Maria) very kind and helpful and stayed in contact with us through out our stay. I would definitely stay again for sure! "

"House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. "

"Cute home inside, grill was nice and the pool was good. Hot tub you have to request to turn on which is odd and the property needs landscaping as it’s pretty messy but outside of that it was a good stay. "

"I reserved this home for Gasparilla weekend, so I had a few MUST HAVES - I needed a close-to-downtown location, a bathtub to soak away my pain, and a big, comfy bed to sleep away the rest of the pain that came back after I took a bath, lol!This property had everything I wanted, and was *almost* perfect for me. "What a great spot this was to stay at, especially if you liked Friend's on TV! Very clean, great communication from the owner, and great location to Ybor! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Small house, but it had lots of space. We had 2 couples and with 2 bathrooms, it was ideal. Any future trips to Tampa, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....
