"There were heroin needles with the tissues, blood on the walls and the sheets, bugs, dirty everything. Prostitutes outside of our door we couldn’t get our money back from the owner and the police said it was the 3rd time that week for needles. We had to send pictures in to Expedia and was able to get a refund thankfully. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn next door"

"I reserved a room for one night at the Bay Inn through Hotels.com. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk offered us an opportunity to "see the room" before she checked us in. She anticipated we would not want to stay there when she saw us. We CLEARLY WERE NOT THEIR TYPICAL CLIENTILE. The room she showed us smelled like smoke and was not very clean. She showed us a second room that also was not very clean and had a taped up window. The hotel is not located in a very "good" part of Tampa. We did NOT stay...
