No clean towels, no rubbish bin liner replacements, washing up liquid was ridiculously watered down so bought our own as well as toilet paper as the 1 ply supplied was not acceptable. The bed was so old it was very uncomfortable. Overall, would be ok for a night or 2 but not for a long term stay. "
