"Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room. "

"Overall it was a great stay. Only issue was there were not enough wash cloths. Checking in was good as well. Property manager was available and responded to all issues. Would definetly stay again. "

"We came to Atlanta for the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum and I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay. I came across this home and it was exactly how the listing stated it was. Quiet Neighborhood, Very clean inside, Nice and Modern. Only issue we had was short on linens but for 3 nights that was fine as well and not a big deal. "The stay was great. All beds sleep wonderful and everything that was needed in the house to make it as home was there. The only thing that was a little inconvenience was parking in the driveway but it was manageable. "

"The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. "

"The house looks just like the pictures. I will be booking this again when I come back in town!. The only thing I was a little questionable about was the surrounding area neighborhoods but we where fine. "

"Excellent experience. House was immaculately clean on check in, better than any other short term rental I’ve seen. Also it was amazing to have 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and private baths. Check in was smooth. No issues. Only note for future guests- the patterned floors were a bit difficult to adjust to. The first day everyone had to watch the floor as they walked because the dark spots would make you feel like you were stepping in a hole. Other than that, please was great."
