"Beautiful location but room and bathroom looked dated and in need of renovation. Our room was spacious but the space was wasted as no comfortable chairs were provided and only a very small desk. Breakfast was ok but set in a very large and half empty room. The whole experience was very bland."

"Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "

"The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob.
