"The Supernova was amazing! Loved the staff because they were so wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it highly if you are interested in spending time in Porto. Also liked that there was delicious food, coffee, and dessert’s available, definitely check it out!!"

"Very basic accommodations. The trade off is the cheap price and excellent location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Selina next door. It was nice that they included towels (many hostels charge a rental fee), but they were threadbare. The kitchen has no stove, only a microwave. And no luggage storage when you checkout (have to pay 2,50 per bag at their partner storage site next door). The hostel felt dark and damp. "Hostel staff is friendly. Super location near metro stops Trindade. There have separate man and female toilets, showers also. Bed is comfortable and curtains make privacy. cleaning is very well i love to staying in this hostel. I will come again ❤❤"

"We had a private room with shared bathroom in the Rivoli Cinema Hostel for 3 nights. It is in walking distance to most of the sights, tours and supermarkets. The kitchen was well equiped, the shared bathrooms were clean and our room was comfortable. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but it is to be expected on this location.The staff was fun and very helpful. The cinema theme is everywhere, in all the small details! Great home base in Porto!"

"In general a good hostel. Staff friendly, nice kitchen etc. Unfortunately rooms are poorly spundproofed - you could heard almost everything. Also there was no closet or even a coat rack. Breakfast very basic - without any meat. "

"Great hostel, owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is just a 10 minute walk to the main area of Gaia and Porto, so its quiet, but also convenient. I got a private room in this hostel, but I'm sure a dorm room would've been fine. Free breakfast every morning and owner offers recommendations or engaging conversations about Portugal and Porto. They did my laundry for 10 euros too, which was great. "

"This property has been frailly recently updated and the beds, kitchenette and bathroom in our unit were good. What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Wonderful Hotel

"This was a real treat for myself and my husband. The hotel is beautiful, great location close to the city centre and transport links. Staff were wonderful, everyone from Reception, breakfast staff, doormen, room service, were faultless. Everyone we came across greeted us with a smile, super helpful and literally couldn’t do enough to make your stay effortless and memorable for all the right reasons. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, everything you could possibly want, there were a few things on an additional menu but not sure why you’d need to when they’ve pretty much covered everything your heart desires! In the rooms bed was super comfortable, very quiet and amazing shower. We enjoyed it so much have already recommended to friends who will be visiting the city in October! "

"Excellent location Amazing friendly helpful Hotel Team. Incredible views of the Douro River and Famous Iconic Bridge! Wonderful bright breakfast room with excellent continental breakfast options including great sealed Gluten-Free bread roll option for coeliac dietary requirements.
