"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"We celebrated our 7th annual family FathersDay. It was easy directions and access to the house. The home was peaceful, away from people and secure. The pool was smaller than we expected and we did have wifi connection issues. The view was beautiful in the sun and in the rain. Communication with the host was instantaneous. They were very accommodating. My family loved the hammock!!! My granddaughter left behind her Coach purse and they promised to mail it to my home. ❤️ 😍"

"This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"Relaxing and just a short minute walk to the ocean. Friendly neighborhood and met people from all over. Sunsets amazing. Beach was swimmable all the time, nightlife was lively with people of all ages. Grocery store, bakery, food trucks within walking distance made it hard to leave. "While the property is currently undergoing some renovation, I am always happy to stay at Mr. Heriberto's properties. The location is safe, near attractions (Ojo de Agua), and there are plenty of restaurants around. We had some hiccups during our stay, but the host quickly addressed the issues. The pool is lovely and my children enjoyed the Pacman machine. I love that it has a water reservoir and a whole house generator. Communication was great."

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds.
