"We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...

"My family refused to stay in this hotel, as after booking we realised it appeared to be an asylum hotel and parking did not appear to be safe, cancelled booking and still got charged - TOTAL RIPOFF!!"
