"My only problem with the Room was that the bathroom, instead of having tiling like anyone would expect, used the same floor paneling as the rest of the room, and was on level with the rest of the room, so any spill from showering (which happened a LOT with the weird bathtub/shower combo that had a flimsy shield on it to try to prevent spill, but that was leaking) could just flow under the door right into the rest of the room. "Hotel and staff where great, Plenty of choice for breakfast which was included in our stay for free. If you're coming for the Christmas Markets be aware hotel is a 20min cab ride from them and city centre. "

"Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room was clean but the Toilet seat was broken and the sink had a leak which made the towels wet underneath, but it was still a very pleasant stay. AC worked brilliantly!"
