"Great hotel. Professional, friendly, helpful staff in all positions. Nice room, beautiful views. The only tricky part is parking. Make sure you have a definite plan in place before you arrive at the top of the mountain. You may not drive into the restricted area just past the hotel. The hotel does have small lots and valet right in front of the door (although it looks like a no parking zone)."

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "

"Wanted a coffee in the morning and the staff were very accommodating. I’m only disappointment was the air-conditioner wasn’t working in my daughter had to get a fan from the front desk because it was quite hot in our room. "
