"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire."

"The staff was so helpful and always there, should you have questions. Very clean facility. They cleaned our room daily, changed our sheets twice, in our 7 day stay. Their breakfast area is spotless, and the food was amazing. Pastries, yogurt, fresh meat & cheese, fruit, fruit juices, milk, cereal, toast, Cappuccino, coffee and bottled water.
