"This place is in remote town, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Carolina is wonderful explaining all the amenities and places in the quaint village. The parking lot is safe and convenient. The room was spacious, but wished the bathroom had a window. Loved the reading room with Refrigerator that was very useful! The breakfast was lovely! My husband and I stayed there very comfortably and felt like my own home!"

"The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. "This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay."

Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters vor Anreise leider keine, soweit aber auch nicht dramatisch da über die Buchungsplattform alle notwendigen Informationen inkl. telefonischer Kontaktdaten übermittelt wurden. Nachdem wir aus Deutschland per Auto und mit Hund angereist waren, wussten wir dann warum: verschlossenes Eisentor vor einem zu diesem Zeitpunkt verwaisten Grundstück....

"Staying here we felt like one of the locals. Our room was clean, beautiful, and the window gave us a view of the rolling hills. "Property is off the beaten track so very peaceful. La Luna was a little small in the kitchen lounge area for 4 people (needs another sofa). Unfortunately we had a few issues that we told the manager about at the end of our stay in the hope that they will be sorted for future visitors. We couldn’t get the tv to work (only wanted to watch Euro football finals!), dishwasher wouldn’t work and the plug sockets were a nightmare with a need for a lot more adapters or extension leads that would fit the...
